Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
About this site
This Site is an independent, informational guide covering the Wendy's menu, prices, breakfast, deals, nutrition, hours and locations. It is published by fans of fast food for reference purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Wendy's International, LLC in any way. Nothing on this Site should be taken as official communication from Wendy's.
Use of content
You may view and use the content on this Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically download our content;
- Republish, redistribute, or resell our text, design or data;

Intellectual property & trademarks
"Wendy's" and all related names, logos, product names, marks and slogans are trademarks of Wendy's International, LLC and its affiliates. We claim no ownership of these marks, and their use on this Site is for identification, reference and commentary only. The original text, layout, design and organization of this Site are our own work and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No warranties
This Site and all of its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Prices, menu items, calories, allergens and hours are estimates that change frequently and vary by location. Wendy's restaurants are individually franchised, so details differ from place to place. We make no guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, or current. Always verify prices, availability and nutrition directly with Wendy's — through the official Wendy's app, website, or restaurant staff — before making a decision.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content — including any reliance on prices, nutrition, allergen, or hours information. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
